My FIRST Sling!

i have been wanting to make slings for a few years now, but until yesterday i had only talked about them, dreamt about them, designed them in my head, etc. today we are going to drop "it" off, the COMPLETED sling! we are very excited, as always, to visit our new friends in missoula! we are also going to eat indian food, an added little bonus since we are never that excited about the restaurant choices in helena! this sling is technically the "practice" one, but i am still very proud of it. it turned out much better than i had expected, especially since it took my mom 30 minutes (and over the phone) to explain to me how to do a french seam. i was in tears at one point! i will post pictures at a later date of lindsay wearing it (any day, minute now) and the other member's of her wonderful family, one of which is my new Montana best friend, eli! He is four years old!

oh, awesome. can you give me a price, or would you like to trade for something off my site? i am doing cloth napkin sets w/ mandalas now, or maybe you'd like more scarves or a 45x108 silk tapestry/belly dance veil?

i like blues, greens, orange, and brown. :D your taste in fabric is always lovely.

email me and we'll hammer out the details?
