i got back to montana to find these beautiful and very thoughtful gifts waiting for me...the pink/red scarf and the handcrafted journals. thank you so much! i teared up when i opened the journals. no other gifts could have been more perfect for me or more appreciated. and much more than physical gifts, thank you also for always encouraging me to write and/or express myself creatively. that support from you makes me feel very special, and drives me when i am am feeling pretty bla and lazy. i love you and had so much fun with you at christmas! it is always so interesting for me to get to hear about your family, your personal stories of who you were before you were forever defined for chuck (and me) as "mom."
