SERENDIPITY, DIVINE PROVIDENCE, OR HAPPENSTANCE!!!
Today I needed to find some like-minded souls in this cold state. Today I needed to find a job, a reliable income. Today I needed to feel like what I have studied (religions, philosophy, art, and the handicrafts of the world) is important here. Today I didn’t need the “What can you do with a humanities degree?” or “Why don’t you have a normal job?” Today I needed again my initial emotional response of driving into the mountains, of crossing into Montana with purpose.
I am no where near being qualified to fill their executive director position, but the listing on Craigslist this afternoon did bring me to their site! And for that, I am grateful! (#3)
