thank you all!
i just got out of the bathtub-relaxed and thankful. i can't remember the last time i soaked in water, it has been years even since i have been swimming. i scrubbed my feet, working on getting them soft again. i am truly a different person when my feet are comfortable. even though i have been giving all the credit to my new coffee habit, i am feeling more motivated than ever lately. i haven't felt this creative, alert, awake in many, many years. i even painted my fingernails red again, which is strange since since i don't even wear make-up. but symbolically it is a powerful reminder to me that i don't have to think about what all i have messed up, what i haven't finished, things i regret, but instead it visually whispers to me that i am still that girl with charcoal on her clothes, a smile (and freckles) on her face, her future full of possibilities. i have reconnected with some of the most amazing people. not many people have so many true and wonderful friends, and rarely do people ever get a second chance at friendships. i am living with the most understanding and adventurous man on the planet. i am inspired daily. i am again... happy.

i am constantly humbled by life's grace to us bumbling humans too. the thing i love most about living is that each day is truly a new beginning. i have made so very many errors in my own life and am so thankful for all the second chances. i totally understand. and i am delighted to hear you are feeling inspired and that you are blossoming in your new home. you are a very lovable person jami.
I am so glad that you are feeling happy and inspired! You probably need the warm fuzzies up there in the tundra!! Just being around you has always inspired me, could you bottle some of it and send it to me. Well, maybe not a bottle, those always got us into trouble. Maybe you could put it in a plastic baggy and send it to me!! :) miss you, love
