we need a headcount PLEASE

Ok folks! So it is looking more and more like we are going to be eating in the restaurant immediately following the ceremony. We had planned on renting out one of their meeting rooms downstairs at the Many Glacier Lodge, but we have been told that they actually can’t cater it there due to the carrying back and forth of hot food without a service elevator. But the restaurant does have 2 story windows that overlook the lake, and we will be seated in our own section, so we are trying to think positively and just roll with it. (We will need to find a place for us to celebrate together after we eat….move to the bar, rent the meeting room downstairs, a campsite? Any suggestions?) As much as we are trying not to force any stress upon you in deciding whether or not you will be able to attend, we really need somewhat of a head count for the cooks. We want to pre-order enough food for everybody. We are still waiting on the final prices, but here are your choices we are considering (minus a vegetarian option that we are still working on)…

Rocky Mountain Trout
Rocky mountain trout, lightly dusted and pan seared topped with capers, pickled ginger and a dollop of
thyme orange zest butter

Finley Point Chicken
Two grilled chicken breast topped with locally grown Organic Flathead Cherries, candied walnuts and
feta cheese

Buffalo Stroganoff
Tender strips of buffalo slow cooked with mushrooms, onions and red wine served on a bed of egg noodles and topped with sour cream and sliced gherkins

***Also, we will have some yummy appetizers sitting around on the tables (wild game sampler, cheese fondue, potato pancakes, etc.)

***Oh yes, and we are also working on the kid menu too.

***And remember also that Cindy is hosting us a camping breakfast feast the next morning with mimosas and bloody marys before we head to Polebridge!
